Local Ownership & Leadership
Nick Moore, the owner of the company, brings more than 17 years of construction experience spanning commercial, Â municipal, and hospitality projects across the United States. After earning his MBA from Harvard Business School, Nick worked with some of the nations largest commercial contractors, developing a strong background in project management, operations, scheduling, and client service.Â

Today, Nick, his wife Sarah, and their sons Zeke and Luke proudly call Breckenridge home. As a family, they enjoy fishing, hiking, biking, camping, and participating in local community activities like Tee Ball. Living and working in the mountains gives Nick a firsthand understanding of the community, the properties, and the importance of dependable local partnerships that keep projects on schedule and operating smoothly.Â
